Dropped by Burgos Circle at the fort for a quick bite and I was tempted by the atmosphere in Just Thai. I like the place adorned by Asian ornaments. But is a kind of dim so taking photos is quite tricky.
The most memorable item in the menu for me would be these bite-size treats. I think it's called tha kho, a creamy coconut pudding wrapped in pandan leaves. It’s like maja blanca with a little bit of a twist. Goes well with the Thai iced tea.
The food, nothing really spectacular. I guess not bad for the price. Maybe I'll call it a plan B. By far, Som's would still be my plan A for Thai food in Manila.
Yup, I was not impressed by Just Thai too. And I agree that SOMS is value for money. However, for Thai food, my preference (if I have money to spare) will still be People's Palace in Greenbelt 5.
