ramen weekends...Ramen Bar

Okay, so why ramen? I honestly don't know =) I guess I was intrigued by the increasing popularity of ramen houses across Manila, and besides there are days that I crave for a bowl of noodle soup.

Let's begin with Ramen Bar. A friend of mine introduced me to the place. We went to Eastwood, QC one weekend to try the food and catch up on events. The place is simple, with minimalistic style. A clean, well lighted place like this is something I like dining in. It is cool.

Edamame - we had this while we wait for our ramen. I enjoyed munching on the freshly boiled beans with a little bit of salt to taste.

Gyoza - fresh, the sauce is also good.

Yakiniku with Japanese rice - full of flavor, the beef is tender

The Ramen - beautifully presented, the soup won't disappoint! Just a warning though, I might have mixed up some of the names, was too busy eating I forgot to take note =)

Super Chasyu Ramen

Shoyu Ramen

Shiyo Ramen

The serving is big enough to share, unless you have a big appetite of course. Service was great as well, fast but not sacrificing the quality of the dishes. The price is worth it for the good service and excellent food.

Ramen Bar is located at GF Eastwood Mall, Libis, Quezon City Philippines, Mon to Sun 11:00 to 23:00
My next entry in this food photo blog will be about another popular Ramen place in Manila. They are becoming quite popular I have to create a series of posts. I have not decided yet which one is the best for me.
