I feel grotesquely obese...

This is what usually many people feel after the holidays...and I'm not one of them!

So here I go...at Ba Noi.

All I can say is these distress me greatly. And since I'm too full and therefore too lazy to write anymore, I'll just let the photos speak for themselves.

Steamed spring rolls with shrimp or chicken with peanut sauce ;-)
I prefer the one with shrimps.

Pho Bo - beef noodle soup with fresh herbs and spices, perfect with the chili sauce.

Clear noodles with barbecued pork and shrimps - comes with sweet chili sauce
:-)

Vietnamese fried rice - goes well with beef stew

Pandan cake - served with warm coconut milk and toasted sesame seeds

Vietnamese drip coffee - a little too sweet for my taste, otherwise perfect way to end the meal.

There are other items in the menu that I would love to try. Will definitely have another go at Ba Noi.

And oh, the menu actually includes simple instructions, complete with photos on how to eat Vietnamese food they serve.

Ba Noi's The Fresh Flavors of Vietnam is located at G/F Greenbelt Mansions, 106 Perea St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. They open from 11am to 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
